Fascinated by the craftsmanship of home building from a tender age, Dillon picked up the trade very quickly and completed his first home renovation project when he was only 16 years old. Maryam - raised by a father who was a real estate developer - developed a key eye for construction administration. Clayton Construction Group (CCG) came to be when Dillon and Maryam teamed up to establish a quality construction company. Their leadership and foresight over the last twenty years have allowed them to build a leading construction company.
